Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH. Technically necessary server log data may be processed when the site is accessed, including IP address, time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating system. Processing supports secure and stable delivery under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact, storage and application forms
The forms send the information entered through an in-house PHP endpoint by email to kontakt@spedition-pruschke.de. Delivery uses Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Graph. There is no file upload or database. Completed fields are transmitted to handle the request; the pseudonymised protection data described below is also processed. Transmission serves to handle enquiries or pre-contractual communication; application data is also processed for pre-contractual measures and the recruitment process. Emails remain in the business mailbox according to its deletion policy.
Spam protection
To prevent automated submissions, the forms use an invisible honeypot field, strict input validation and server-issued single-use authorisations. They are valid for at most 15 minutes and may be used only after three seconds. Without JavaScript, an additional confirmation is required. Authorisation files contain only the form type and timestamps and are stored with restricted permissions outside the publicly accessible web directory. Rate limiting uses pseudonyms derived from the IP address, IP network, email address and combinations of form type, email and message content using an automatically generated secret HMAC key. These protection files do not store IP addresses, email addresses or messages in plain text. Limit windows are 15 minutes, one hour or 24 hours; timestamps older than 24 hours are removed during a subsequent rate-limit check. Expired authorisations are deleted in bounded cleanup runs during later authorisation requests. Files may remain longer if there are no further requests. The key remains stored to secure the system. This processing serves abuse prevention under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No third-party CAPTCHA or external spam-protection service is used.
External services, cookies and local storage
The website uses no analytics or tracking, externally loaded fonts, embedded maps or non-essential cookies. Route links open OpenStreetMap only after a deliberate click, at which point the external provider’s privacy terms apply. Language and navigation settings are not stored in the browser.
